Dan is an attorney based in New York with experience representing clients in a wide variety of matters including securing intellectual property rights, litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, securing business fundraising, and as general counsel to multiple small businesses. - Worked on defending large consumer electronics company in patent litigation from smaller competitor across multiple federal courts, the PTO, and the Federal Circuit.
- Worked as fractional general counsel at multiple high-technology startups.
- Pro bono work serving public records requests and filing public records lawsuit against state agencies regarding use and capabilities of police surveillance systems.
- Pro bono work securing IP rights for various non-profit organizations, including ones dedicated to youth education research, supporting families of young people with mental health challenges, and fighting hunger in Central America.
